What would it take for your client delivery to be actually great?

Actually Great helps growing service businesses redesign client delivery, processes, and team structure so work is clearer, more consistent, and easier to scale.

What Actually Great Looks Like

Clear ownership
and smoother handoffs

a consistent client experience

A team structured
for growth

Cup Of Coffee

GROWTH CHANGES THE WAY WORK GETS DONE.

At first, the cracks are easy to work around.

Then a new hire struggles to figure out how things are actually done. Your strongest employees become the people everyone relies on, and start burning out.

Clients get different experiences depending on who they work with. Leaders get pulled back into decisions they thought they’d already delegated.

All while you’re bringing on more clients than ever.

That’s usually the sign that your delivery model hasn’t caught up with your growth.

More effort isn’t always the answer.

If growth keeps creating more handoffs, more workarounds, more questions, and more pressure on your best people, adding another person or process probably won’t fix the root problem.

How I Help

Redesigned client delivery for what comes next.

Core Engagement

Client Delivery & Process Redesign

I look at how the work is actually getting done, identify what’s creating friction, and redesign the process, ownership, and handoffs around a better way of working.

Additional Engagement

Client Sucess Team Design

I clarify roles, responsibilities, capacity, and operating rhythms so the Client Success team can support growth with more consistency and proactive client care.

Redesign what isn’t
working.

I simplify unnecessary steps, clarify ownership, and improve handoffs so client work moves more consistently through the business.

Align
Make sure the people and structure support the process.

I clarify roles, ownership, capacity, and team structure so the improved process works in practice. When needed, I'll identify where the Client Success team needs to evolve.

The Experience Behind the Work

Hi, I’m Ashton — the person behind Actually Great.

For more than a decade, I’ve led client-facing teams, built functions from the ground up, and improved the way client work gets delivered as businesses grow and become more complex.

Over time, I came to see that the client experience, the way work gets done, and the people delivering it can’t really be separated. When one starts to break down, the others usually feel it too.

Because when those pieces stop working together, growth gets expensive. Leaders get pulled into problems that shouldn’t require them, strong employees spend too much time compensating for broken processes, and the client experience becomes harder to deliver consistently.

I help businesses find the friction behind those problems and redesign the way work moves through the organization, with clearer ownership, stronger handoffs, and a more consistent way of delivering for clients.

I don’t believe in creating a process that looks great on paper but falls apart in real life. The goal is a way of working that supports growth, makes better use of the people and resources already in place, and gives leaders more confidence that great client delivery doesn’t depend on them stepping in to hold everything together.

That’s why I built Actually Great: to help growing service businesses scale client delivery without losing what made the experience good in the first place — or burning out the people who have been holding it together.
